  • Tuition is due by the 1st class of each month and is based on an average of four weeks per month.  Some months dancers will have 5 weeks of class and some will have 3 weeks of class. You may opt into a monthly automatic draft with a 3% convenience/processing fee. Tuition is not adjusted based on the number of classes in a given month or a student's attendance. Dress rehearsals, recital picture week and shows count as lessons. Tuition cannot be pro-rated. Tuition is NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • A late fee of $15 will be charged on the 10th of the month for unpaid tuition. There will be a $25 fee for returned checks.  If you need to arrange a late payment, please speak with the front desk, otherwise a late fee will be charged...NO EXCEPTIONS. If tuition is unpaid students will only be allowed to observe class.
     

  • All accounts MUST have a credit card on file. If payment by cash or check is not received by the 10th of the month, the card on file will be automatically charged for tuition, charged a $15 late fee, and the 3% transaction/processing fee.

  • Payments may be made with check, cash, Discover, Visa or Mastercard. ALL credit card payments will be charged a 3% processing/transaction fee.
     

  • Discounts for an addtional child's tuition in the family is 15%.  Families with 3 or more children receive 20% discount for the third+ child's tuition.  Pay by semester and receive 10% off of tuition.  Semester payments by check or cash only, please. September-December semester tuition payment is due September 10th.  January-May semester tuition payment is due January 10th. If not paid by the 10th you will NOT qualify for the semester discount.
     

  • Missed classes may be made up.  Christmas break, Spring Break and all other holidays have been figured into the tuition rate.  Classes with low enrollment may be cancelled or combined.
     

  • If for any reason you decide to withdraw from a class, a Drop Class Form must be filed with the studio office prior to the 20th of the month or you will be charged for the next month's tuition.  Student is responsible for tuition charges until the form is properly filed.
     

  • The 2023 Recitals are scheduled for the weekend of June 3rd (tentatively). Please let us know if you will not be participating in recital no later than November 1st. Costume fees are due November 1st and are $80 for Pre-K and Combo Classes (including tights). All other classes $80 for costumes and your will be responsible for purchasing tights. Dancers will need a costume for each class in which they are enrolled. Costume fees are NON-REFUNDABLE - NO EXCEPTIONS! The costume is then yours to keep after recital.
